During my recent stay at Sweet Home Patagonia, I found a space that elegantly balances comfort and value. The hotel, with its charming old-world design, provided an inviting atmosphere reminiscent of a castle, adding a unique touch to my travels. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to the 'presidential luxe' suite, featuring a billiard table and parilla. The room overlooked a lovely garden courtyard, which I utilized for my morning exercises. The suite also included free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and tea-making facilities, ensuring a cozy environment for relaxation after a day of exploring the area. Carolina, our host, was accommodating and spoke English well, aiding in my navigation around town. With the added benefit of secure parking for my motorbike, it made for a stress-free experience, especially for fellow riders in need of repairs - don't miss the handy Bulonería Korthals for any mechanical needs. While Sweet Home Patagonia may not be the cheapest option, its blend of historic charm, practical amenities, and attentive service provides excellent value and a memorable stay worth considering for your travels.
